  • Our team will notify you once your patient has an appointment. If additional records are needed, we’ll follow up directly.

  • Typically within 1–2 business days. If your referral is urgent, please note that clearly on the form or call our team.

  • Yes. You’ll receive relevant updates and documentation through secure fax or your preferred communication method.
